Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MBN website, registering for events, purchasing products, or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or site posting.
Use of Services
You agree to use MBN services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes: unauthorized access to member-only areas, resale of event registrations or member benefits, automated scraping of our site content, impersonating MBN staff or other members, and any use that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
Membership Terms
MBN membership is granted by application and is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. MBN reserves the right to revoke membership at its discretion for conduct that violates these terms or the spirit of the MBN community. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice to active members.
Store & Purchases
All apparel and physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Member-exclusive items, digital content, and event registrations are non-refundable. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
The MBN name, logo, website content, photography, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Must Be Nice Golf Academy, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any MBN content without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
MBN provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to event cancellations, data loss, or service interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fulton County, Georgia. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
